What we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do.
Who we are
Heaps Good Studio is a software engineering studio based in Tallinn, Estonia. For everything covered here, we are the data controller. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. That is the only personal data this site collects. For analytics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data, build profiles, or follow you across sites. We see aggregate pageviews, not people.
What we do with it
Contact submissions are stored in our lead database and sent to us as an email notification, so we can read and reply. That is the whole flow: no marketing lists, no resale, and no sharing beyond the services that store and deliver the message (Google Cloud for storage and hosting, in the United States, and Resend for the notification email).
Cookies
The site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that comes from it. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you are (and specifically under EU and UK data protection law), you can ask what we hold about you, request a copy, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send the request through the contact form and we will sort it out.
