What this is
Sometimes you don't need a project delivered or a strategy session. You need another strong engineer in the team, now, working through the backlog everyone already has too much of. That's this. We join your team as embedded engineers and work like part of it.
We work in your repo, your stack, and your rituals: standups, code review, planning, the lot. You point us at the work and we ship it, the same as any other engineer on the team, except you can bring us on in days and scale us back when the crunch passes.
How we work
We integrate properly rather than parachuting in. We learn your codebase and conventions before we start changing them, write code that looks like your team wrote it, and leave reviews and documentation that make the next person's job easier. The goal is to raise the bar quietly, not to rewrite everything in our own style.
The engagement flexes to what you need: full-time for a stretch when you're behind, or a steady few days a week to keep things moving. Either way you get strong output and engineers who can own a problem end to end without being managed.
