Prototype to Production

You have used AI to build something real and got most of the way there. We review it, fix what won't survive real users, and get it safely to production, or build the rest of it with you.

  • A full review of an AI-built codebase, what is solid, what will bite you, and what is missing
  • Hardening for the real world, security, data handling, error cases, and the things demos skip
  • Deployment done properly, CI/CD and infrastructure you can actually afford to run
  • A straight answer on what "production-ready" means for your project, and the hands to get there

What this is

AI got you a long way without a technical background, and that is genuinely new. You described what you wanted, and something appeared that runs, demos well, and feels a week from done. Then you meet the last mile and find it is most of the distance: it breaks on real input, you cannot tell whether it is secure, and getting it live (and keeping it live) turns out to be a whole separate craft.

That is where we come in. We take what you have built and carry it the rest of the way: reviewed, hardened, deployed, safe to put in front of real people. Sometimes that is a sharp review and a deploy. Sometimes it is quietly rebuilding the parts that will not hold. Either way, it stays yours.

How we work

We start by understanding what you have and what you need it to actually do, then we tell you the truth about the gap: what is genuinely fine, what has to be fixed before anyone leans on it, and what is missing altogether. We do not rewrite working code just to leave our fingerprints on it.

From there we do the unglamorous work that turns a prototype into a product: the inputs and edge cases the happy path walked straight past, security and data handled properly, and deployment, monitoring, and CI set up so that shipping a change is boring instead of frightening. If you want to keep building after we go, we leave you something you can actually maintain.

Good fit if

  • You built something with AI that works, and you are stuck on the gap between "it runs on my machine" and "real people depend on it".
  • You want an honest, experienced review before you launch, not a sales pitch for a rebuild you do not need.
  • You want engineers who will either finish the last mile for you, or tell you exactly what it would take to finish it yourself.

Sound like the shape of your problem?
